Shipping policy

We strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Order processing typically takes 24 to 48 hours before shipment. Please see the delivery timelines below:

Quebec

• Standard orders: Delivered to you within 1–3 business days after shipment
• Orders containing pre-order items: Please allow 2–3 weeks before shipment

Canada (outside Quebec)

• Standard orders: Delivered to you within 1–7 business days after shipment
• Orders containing pre-order items: Please allow 2–3 weeks before shipment

• If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will be shipped once all items are available.
• Shipping times refer to processing and dispatch, not delivery time after shipment.
• Delays may occur during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.
