How long will it take to receive my order?
Please allow up to 2 to 12 business days for delivery in the USA and Canada, and 7 to 30 business days for international delivery. We ship via USPS, UPS, Fedex & Canada Post.
Incorrect Address
We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout. This includes forgetting to enter an apartment, street, or suite number. Please ensure your address is correct before completing your purchase. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may request to have it resent, but additional shipping charges may apply. Always double-check your address. If you realize you have entered the wrong shipping address, please email us immediately at support@loyalfitness.com.
Refunds, Returns & Exchanges:
Cancel Order
If you change your mind for any reason and wish to cancel your order, you may do so within 10 minutes of placing your order. You will receive a refund, minus a $15 USD fee to process the refund. This is only applicable if your order has not been shipped yet. Please email us at support@loyalfitness.com immediately to cancel your order.
I received my order and would like a refund
If you have received your order and would like a refund, you must return the item at your own expense within 3 days of receiving it, to the address listed on the package. We only accept returns sent via USPS (United States Postal Service) or Canada Post. All apparel must be in NEW condition, unworn, and in the original plastic bag. Upon receiving your return, we will issue a full refund, minus a $15 USD charge to cover processing, labor, bank fees, and packaging materials used to send your order.
I received my order and would like to EXCHANGE it for another size
If you have received your order and wish to exchange it for another size, please return the item at your own expense using USPS or Canada Post within 7 days to the address on the package. Upon receiving the returned item, we will send you the requested size. Please include a note with your name, order number, email, and the new size you need.
I did not receive my order
If you have not received your order after 20 business days from the date of purchase, please email us at support@loyalfitness.com. We will not respond to complaints for orders placed less than 20 days ago. International delivery can be delayed by local postal services. We will open a support ticket and investigate the issue. If your order is deemed lost in transit, we will resend a replacement after 10 business days from the support ticket being opened.
Late or Missing Refunds
Refunds will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Please allow up to 5-10 business days for our team to process your refund once your returned package is received. You will be notified by email once your refund is issued. If you have not received your refund yet, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company. It may take 5-7 business days for the refund to be posted. If you still haven’t received your refund, please contact your bank and email us at support@loyalfitness.com.
Customs, Import Fees & Duties
All Loyal Fitness shipments are sent from our warehouse in Montreal, Canada. International customers outside of Canada/USA may be responsible for customs duties and fees charged by your local border services. These fees are typically minimal (often under 10% of the order value), but we recommend checking with your local customs office if you are concerned. Please note, we are unable to refund any customs fees.
