How long will it take to receive my order?
Please allow up to 2 to 14 business days for delivery in USA - Canada and 7 to 30 business days for international delivery. We ship via USPS & Canada Post. Your package will be delivered by your local shipping company.
We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to an incorrect shipping address being provided at checkout. This includes forgetting to write in an apartment, street or suite number. No refunds will be provided for these packages. If your order is returned to us, you may request to have it resent. You may be responsible for additional shipping charges. Always double check your address. Email us if you have entered the wrong shipping address.
I received my order and would like a refund
If you have received your order and would like a refund you must send it back at your own expense within 7 days of receiving it to the address on the package. We only accept packages sent with USPS (United States Postal Service) or Canada Post. All apparel must be in NEW condition & in the original plastic bag. Upon receiving your apparel back, we will issue a full refund, less 15$ USD charges to cover labour, bank fees, time and packaging materials used to send your order. Thank you.
I received my order and would like to EXCHANGE for another size
If you have received your order and would like an exchange of size you must send it back with USPS (United States Postal Service) or Canada Post at your expense within 7 days to our office address on the package. Upon receiving your apparel back, we will happily resend out your new item. Include on a piece of paper your name, your order number, your email & the new size needed.
I did not receive my order?
If you did not receive your order after 30 days business days since your order was placed, please email us : email@example.com or by instagram direct message. We will not respond to complaints regarding orders placed less than 30 days ago. International delivery is dependant not only on Canada Post but on the timeliness of your local postal service. We will then open a support ticket and investigate the location of your order. If your item is deemed lost in transit, we will resend a replacement order no earlier than 10 business days after your support ticket is opened.
Late or missing refunds
Packages will be processed on a first-come basis. Please allow up to 5-10 business days for our team to process your refund once your return package reaches our facility. You will be notified via email once your order has been refunded. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted (5-7 business days after being issued by us). Next, contact your bank.

Customs, Import Fees & Duties
All Loyal Fitness is shipped from our head office in Montreal,Canada. If you are an international customer outside of Canada/USA, you may be responsible for duties or fees by your local border services for received goods purchased online outside of your country. In our experience these fees rarely surpass 10% of your order value but we recommend checking with your local customs in your country first if you are worried about these charges. No refunds of customs fees will be provided.
