    Shipping & Returns Policy

    Shipping: Estimated Delivery Times

    We ship our packages via GLS, Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, and ICS Courier.

    • Quebec: 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and statutory holidays).

    • Rest of Canada: 1–7 business days.

    Incorrect Address

    We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout (missing apartment/suite number or street error). No refunds will be granted in these situations. Please double-check your information before confirming. If you notice an error, contact us immediately.


    Returns and Exchanges

    Final Sale Policy

    Items purchased at a discount of 30% or more are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for a refund. These items may only be returned for store credit (gift card), provided they meet the cleanliness standards listed below.

    Full Refund Requirements

    To receive a full refund (for items purchased at a discount of less than 30%), products must strictly meet the following conditions:

    • Must be in their original packaging.

    • Must have the original tags attached.

    • Must have no odors (sweat, perfume, etc.).

    • Must not have been washed.

    • Must be free of pet hair or human hair.

    Any item that does not meet these cleanliness standards will be refused.

    Return Shipping and Logistics

    We cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us at support@loyalfitness.com with your order number and specify your residence type:

    • House: We can schedule a courier to pick up the package directly from your doorstep on a weekday.

    • Apartment: We will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to print. You will need to drop the package off at the nearest Canada Post location.

    Size Exchanges

    If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, please contact us by email. Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will issue a gift card equal to the value of the returned item. You can use this to order the new size or any other product in our store.


    Customer Service and Tracking

    Missing Orders

    If you have not received your package 7 business days after placing your order, please contact us. We will not process any claims for orders placed less than 7 business days ago.

    Processing Times

    Please allow 4 to 10 business days after your package arrives at our facility for our team to process your return or refund. You will be notified by email once the process is complete.

    Customs and Duties

    All Loyal Fitness products are shipped from Montreal. There are no customs or import duties for orders within Canada.
