Once your order has been submitted successfully, the order goes almost immediately to processing and then it’s sent to the warehouse to ship. To get your order to you as fast as possible, no changes can be made at this stage. We do, however, offer returns for store credit. Once your order is received, if you are not 100% happy with your purchase, we can happily assist you with a return label.
We apologize that you received a damaged item. In this rare case please send a photo of the damaged product to support@loyalfitness.com with your information and we would be happy to help you with a resolution. Please note, any damaged item outside of a 5 day return window cannot be returned or refunded.
